On behalf of the Westwood North Homeowners Association, Capital Association Management is pleased to present this newsletter to the community.  A few kind reminders for all co-owners of the Association:

Community Reminders

1.) Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their yards.  This includes, but is not limited to: regular lawn cutting, fertilization, weed control, tree, and shrub trimming.

3.) Please refer to your community bylaws for a list of community rules and regulations.  If you would like a copy of your governing documents or 2026 budget, please contact management.

4.) All checks MUST be made payable to “Westwood North Homeowners Association”.

5.) Our online portal is easy to use for making electronic payments.  We accept credit, debit, and bank account transactions over the portal.  Please contact our office for help setting up your portal.

6.) Please be mindful of your neighbors and always respect others' personal property.
